Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Oreylo tags still attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
